Oil Creek Speech is proud to accept Medicare for eligible services. Coverage is based on medical necessity and individual benefits, and we are happy to help answer general questions about what to expect.

For clients who prefer or require services outside of Medicare coverage, private pay options are also available.

Private pay services are available for evaluations, therapy sessions, caregiver training, and consultation services.

Initial Evaluation - $250

60 minute session - $160

30 minute session - $100

** In-home services may include an additional travel fee depending on location. Teletherapy rates are comparable and available for eligible clients. 

Teletherapy is available for individuals residing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Virtual sessions are conducted using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform and are designed to be interactive, functional, and effective for post-stroke communication rehabilitation. Teletherapy may be a good option for clients who:

• Prefer therapy from home
  
  

• Have transportation or mobility challenges
  
  

• Live outside the immediate in-home service area

In-home speech and language therapy may be available depending on location and scheduling availability. Services are provided in a comfortable, familiar environment to support functional communication and carryover into daily life.
